All of our bows are available in nylon headbands, left-side clips and right-side clips, except for our Fable and Longtail bows which are only available left-side and right-side clips.
Our clips are based off the wearer's head. For example, a left side clip is worn on the left side of your head.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders over $70 AUD (Australian Dollars).
It depends on where you are located. Please note, we also have a turnaround time to process orders before shipment, the turnaround time is usually around 2-3 business days but can change depending on the volume of orders we have to fulfill. You can view our shipping information page here to see the latest turnaround times as well estimated delivery times.
Please note there may be some delays within the shipping network. Unfortunately, once we hand the parcels over to Australia Post we have no control over them.
Unfortuntaley, we do not offer priority service. All orders are processed in order. If you need your order by a certain date, please reach out to us before placing an order and we will let you know the likelyhood of it arriving. You can contact us here.
We ship using Australia Post for both domestic and international orders.
We will try our best to accomdate your request for combined shipping and refund any excess shipping fees on the other orders you have placed. Please note that we do not accept combined shipping during new release, restock, or sale periods as we usually deal with a high volume of orders and do not have the capacity to accomodate these requests.
Unfortunately our platform only allows us to make changes to orders placed in AUD (Australian Dollars). If you placed an order in a foreign currency, we will have to cancel your order and you can place a new order.
If you are looking to make changes to your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We are unable to make changes to your order once we have begun the shipment booking process for your order.
